Dear students and parents, I have recently graduated. My major is education with a concentration in history and political science. During my college years I have taken close to 130 credit hours. Amanda is very easy to talk to and very patient. She brings things down so that you are able to understand the concept or topic on your own terms. She is very knowledgeable in your subject area and is not afraid to say she doesn't know and will find out the answer if need be. She is very personable, confident, and works to find out what you know about the topic. She is not adverse in trying different ways to get you what you need to know. I would recommend Amanda to any one who is looking for a tutor. She is a good teacher and very easy and comfortable to work with. I am glad that my first experience with a tutor has been such a positive one.
